Directions to the Rowland Rank Centre

Aldwick Road, Bognor Regis Sundays 10am

∑ From the A27 Arundel Road follow the signs to Littlehampton A259

∑ Follow the A259 road to Bognor Regis

∑ When you come into Bognor go past "Butlins" and head for the seafront

∑ When you get to the sea front road go along past the pier. Keep on the same road across some mini roundabouts and then through a set of traffic lights.

∑ Keep going straight on until you come to a bigger roundabout with big trees on it.

∑ Take the second exit

∑ The Rowland Rank Centre is immediately on your left, through the double gates into the car park area.

Directions to Methold House Healthy Living Centre,

North Street, Worthing Sundays 6.30pm

FROM A27 or A24

∑ Turn off the A27 or A24 onto the Worthing town centre road (Broadwater Street West)

∑ Continue down Broadwater Road over a mini roundabout

∑ At the next roundabout take a left turn into Lennox Road (Bunces Home Hardware Store is on the corner of this street)

∑ Take the next right turn into Gordon Road

∑ At the end of Gordon Road turn into the car park. The entrance to Methold House is just by the Car Park.

FROM A259 seafront Brighton road

∑ As you come into the centre of Worthing on the sea front road follow the road round past Steyne Gardens into High Street

∑ Continue straight ahead until you come to a roun dabout with a supermarket on it

∑ Turn left along North Street to the next roundabout. Turn right at this roundabout.

∑ At the next roundabout take a left turn into Lennox Road (Buncy's Hardware Store is on the corner of this street)

∑ Take the next right turn into Gordon Road

∑ At the end of Gordon Road turn into the car park. The entrance to Methold House is just by the Car Park.
